Billing & cancellation

Creator — $10 per month. Includes 50 reference analyses and 50 clean 1080p exports each billing month, saved projects, and exports without a watermark.

Without a subscription you can still map an edit and preview a draft, but exports are watermarked.

Prices shown at checkout are the ones you are charged. The live figure comes from our payment provider, not from a number typed onto a page.

One analysis is one reference processed into a blueprint. One export is one finished video file.

Deliberately, these do not count:

• An analysis that failed
• A render that failed
• Retrying the same job — a retry is free
• A double-click, or the same request arriving twice

You are never charged allowance for work we did not deliver. Allowance resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over.

The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Account → Billing, which opens our payment provider’s portal.

Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut you off the moment you cancel — you paid for that time.

After that, the account returns to the free tier. Your projects are not deleted by cancelling.

If a payment fails, your existing projects stay visible and you are asked to update your payment method. New clean exports are paused until it succeeds. A card expiring is not a reason to lose your work.

EditDNA is in controlled beta. If it did not do what you expected, email support@editdna.com and we will sort it out — we would rather refund you than argue.

If the price changes, we will tell you before it affects you, and you can cancel first. Beta pricing may change as we learn what the processing actually costs.
